Yes, and I think from what I gather there are a number ( I don’t know if they are formal unions) there are a number of associations supporting people who work on their own, are self-employed, and clearly that is very different and maybe…I can’t really comment, I’m not an expert on this but it maybe that some parts of the union movement are a bit kind of …maybe a little too much focused on old style structures where…which is where unions came into their own where there were employers of large work forces and clearly their unions were dealing with thousands of members…large scale collective action and that’s clearly a different structure to what we see now.  So maybe there are areas where the union movement still needs to evolve, which is important.
