The first official month working on Discovering Stratford Village!

December found the charity in celebratory mood, of course. There was a huge amount of relief that all the hard work in developing the project was not in vain. Now our project plan has to be put into action…. I attended a really useful HLF project start meeting, where I met people representing other inspiring HLF funded projects in London. The diversity of projects is really amazing. In two years’ time we will have completed a fascinating heritage project, and will know how Discovering Stratford Village will have made a difference to the local community and to local people, and in what ways, but for now all we have is a road map – the future lies before us like untrodden snow.
