Our Heritage Open Day event was held in Stratford Library this month

The Local Forum meetings are well attended with residents presenting their own research which is a combination of research of domestic buildings, former corner shops, and local streets over time. A large poster from the 1930’s census sheet (listing former residents and their trades) was devised to fit into ‘Sylvia’s Corner’ for the following months event ‘Newham Heritage Awareness’.
